On July 14, 2006 Lucien A. Morin, II, Esq. was appointed as Receiver of :
Pittsford Capital Income Partners, LLC
Jefferson Income Partners, LLC
Pittsford Capital, LLC
Pittsford Capital Mortgage Partners, LLC
Pittsford Capital Group, Inc.

The attached Order, paragraph XVI explains the responsibility of the Receiver. The Receiver does not represent the investors and/or creditors in this matter.
