John J. Considine, Jr., a graduate of LeMoyne College (A.B.,1952) and the Cornell Law School (LL.B., 1955) is a partner of the firm. He practices principally in the firm's litigation department where he represents a number of municipalities in their tax assessment review matters. For more than 30 years, John has also represented major insurance companies in matters including insurance coverage issues, and the defense of personal injury, product liability and property damage claims. John also practices in the firm's business department where he represents clients in the purchase and sale of small to medium businesses.

John serves as member of the Board of Directors of many private corporations. He is also a past president of the Brighton Chamber of Commerce, a past president and member of the Board of Trustees of St. Bernard's Roman Catholic Seminary, a past member of the Board of Directors for the Catholic Family Center and a past member of the Board of Trustees of St. Joseph's Villa of Rochester. John is also a former chair of the Brighton Republican Town and County Committees.
