Lou is recognized as one of the preeminent attorneys in Western New York with respect to real estate and bankruptcy matters.  A frequent guest lecturer to bar association and realtor groups, Lou has also served on committees which have revised and improved the standard forms used by realtors and attorneys for residential real estate transactions.  Lou also maintains an active bankruptcy and workout practice, and serves as mediator for the Western District of New York court.

Named a 2012 Leader in Law by the Daily Record, Lou also has been chosen for inclusion on the 2014 Upstate New York Super Lawyers list, an honor reserved for those lawyers who have shown excellence in practice.
