Lucien A. Morin, II, “Lou II” to his friends, a past Dean of the Monroe County Bar Association’s Academy of Law, will be one of the featured speakers at the 12th Annual Western New York Bankruptcy Conference, which will be held on May 8, 2015.  He will be discussing “Dischargeability Issues” facing individuals who find themselves having to file bankruptcy and the impact of certain debts which will “follow them the rest of their life” even after their case is closed.

A frequent lecturer on the interplay of Bankruptcy and Real Estate, Lou and the other members of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditor Rights practice, stand ready to assist creditors, debtors and trustees through the labyrinth of the bankruptcy process.
