James L. Gelormini was one of the featured speakers at the 22^nd Annual Local Government Conference of the Southern Tier Regional Planning & Development Board. The Conference was held at Houghton College on May 6, 2015. Mr. Gelormini instructed Conference attendees on highway right of way issues and related topics. This was the second such Conference at which Mr. Gelormini has been invited to present.  He is a frequent lecturer on behalf of the Cornell Local Roads Program across the State on highway related issues and has previously presented to various municipal related conferences and training events.

Mr.  Gelormini has been with the firm since January 2013 after having served for 20 years as a New York Assistant Attorney General. He  counsels clients in the areas of real estate (individual sale/purchases, as well as commercial real estate, financing  and leasing), estate and Medicaid planning, estate and trust administration, business planning and general corporate matters.
