James L. Gelormini recently instructed various municipal officials during all day seminars in Binghamton and Waterloo at the invitation of the Cornell University’s Local Roads Program.  At these seminars Mr. Gelormini presents on topics of interest to local highway officials on a wide variety of subjects based on course books he has authored. Mr. Gelormini is a frequent lecturer on behalf of the Cornell Programs across the State on highway related issues.

He is a frequent lecturer to various municipal related conferences and training events.

Mr.  Gelormini has been with the firm since January 2013 after having served for 20 years as a New York Assistant Attorney General. He counsels clients in the areas of real estate (individual sale/purchases, as well as commercial real estate, financing and leasing), estate and Medicaid planning, estate and trust administration, business planning and general corporate matters.
