James L. Gelormini Was a Featured Speaker at a CLE Presentation to the Monroe County Attorney's Office

James Gelormini was an invited featured speaker at a CLE seminar sponsored by the Monroe County Attorney’s Office on February 12, 2016. Mr. Gelormini instructed on the topic of “Judicial Review of Administrative Action under CPLR Art. 78” and focused on practical practice strategies. Mr. Gelormini has been involved in such litigation for the past 40 years as a former New York Assistant Attorney General and as First Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Syracuse.
Mr. Gelormini is Counsel to the firm. He has also been a presenter at CLE programs for attorneys sponsored by the Monroe County Bar Association and the New York Attorney General’s Office. He is also an instructor in Cornell University’s Local Roads Program which offers training seminars and workshops to local highway officials, and has lectured to conferences of the New York Association of Towns, the New Your State Conference of Mayors, the American Public Works Association and other municipal councils.
His practice is focused on Estate Planning, Commercial and Residential Real Estate & Development and Litigation.
