Our Rochester firm seeks an attorney with five or more years of experience to join its Labor and Employment Law/Business and Corporate practice group.   A well-developed legal writing style, experienced client contact, commitment to factual and legal research, and demonstrated accomplishments in guiding business clients in the area of labor and employment law are required.

The firm’s business client needs involve a wide range of areas, including general counsel work, business formations, mergers and acquisitions, defense of labor and employment claims in State & Federal Courts and Agencies, and development of workplace policies.  We encourage a willingness to explore challenging issues to develop creative arguments and satisfactory resolutions to meet client needs.
