Amy L. Varel Honored As A "Leader In Law"

MCCM congratulates Amy L. Varel on her selection to The Daily Record’s 2016 Attorneys of the Year Honorees list as a Leader in Law. The Leaders in Law Award recognizes attorneys who demonstrate professional accomplishment, exceptional character, integrity and ethics, and commitment to their clients and the community. Amy is a Partner in MCCM’s Business practice and advises a variety of for-profit and not-for-profit businesses and organizations on a wide range of matters including corporate formation and governance, employment, compliance, contractual, and tax-related issues.
She is an active supporter of the Rochester Women’s Network, currently Co-Chair of the Orientation and Recruitment Committee. She has previously served on the Board of Directors, Membership Committee and Programming Committee. In addition, Amy served as Treasurer, member of the Board of Trustees, Chair of the Membership Committee, Chair of the House Finance Committtee and Chair of the Business Law Council for the Monroe County Bar Association.
An awards ceremony will be held on November 10 at The Hyatt Regency Rochester to celebrate all of this year’s honorees.
