The law firm of McConville, Considine, Cooman & Morin, P.C. is pleased to announce that Peter J. Gregory was promoted to partner of the firm on January 1st. Peter focuses his practice on a broad spectrum of civil litigation matters. He represents individuals, businesses and other organizations in all phases of litigation before state and federal courts, from pre-suit investigation and arbitration, through discovery and trial.
His personal injury experience includes advising clients who have been injured or lost loved ones in accidents caused by the carelessness or recklessness of others. He regularly handles collections and complex commercial litigation, and collaborates with colleagues on advising start-ups, small and mid-sized businesses. He also advises on real estate matters including purchase and sale transactions, financing, leasing, and related disputes.
Peter graduated with Honors from Hobart College in 2007 with a B.A. in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School of Union University in 2010. A 2003 graduate of Allendale Columbia School, he recently served as a member of the school’s Board of Trustees and as President of the Alumni Association Board. He is also an active member of the Monroe County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.
