Amy Varel Promoted to Partner

The law firm of McConville, Considine, Cooman & Morin, P.C. is pleased to announce that Amy Varel was promoted to partner of the firm on January 1st. Amy focuses her practice on general business, health law and not-for-profit law matters.

Amy graduated cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1996 with a BA in Political Science and a minor in History. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School Of Law in 1999.

Amy is an active member of the Monroe County Bar Association, where she currently serves on the Membership Committee, the Academy of Law and the Business Law Section. She is also a past chair of the Young Lawyers Section. In 2008 Amy was invited by the Monroe County Bar Association to be a member of its first class of "Rochester's Emerging Bar Leaders." Amy is also an active member of the Rochester Women's Network, where she serves on the
Programming Committee and is a co-chair of the Orientation and Recruitment Committee.
