McConville, Considine, Cooman & Morin, P.C. is pleased to announce that we have assumed the law practice of Douglas Whitney following his recent retirement.  Our association with the Whitney Law Office, sharing an office space in Fairport, goes back more than a decade.  On occasion, we have shared other resources and worked together on legal matters.  Throughout our affiliation, we have appreciated Doug’s devotion to personalized client service – a value we share.

Of the fourteen attorneys at MCCM, four of us make our homes in Fairport, or have longstanding ties to this community.  Several others reside nearby in Pittsford and Penfield.  Like Doug, we are committed to providing high quality legal services to individuals and businesses in Perinton, and the other towns on the east side of Rochester.  We will continue to maintain the Fairport Village office at 100 Packetts Landing, and honor any existing fee agreements that current clients had with Doug.

Our Rochester office enjoys proximity to the County Clerk’s office, and our county and federal courthouses.  For the convenience of all our clients, we also maintain conferencing facilities in Greece and Penfield, in addition to our Fairport office.
