Aug 4, 2020

As we continue to monitor the developments surrounding the worldwide spread of COVID-19, MCCM attorneys have been hosting webinars to assist the public with navigating the legal issues related to the pandemic.

Recently, Peter J. Gregory spoke to the Penfield Business Chamber, the Geneva Business Improvement District and the Fairport-Perinton Chamber of Commerce via webinar regarding potential personal injury liability concerns and reopening guidance for businesses during the public health emergency.

Peter J. Gregory and Amy L. Varel also recently spoke to the Rochester Women's Network via webinar regarding re-opening your business during Covid-19. Amy and Peter discussed state and federal requirements imposed on businesses operating during the pandemic, liability concerns and paid leave requirements.

We continue to closely monitor the latest developments from the Monroe County Department of Public Health, the New York Governor’s Office and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as well as the ever-changing legislation and regulations related to the pandemic in order to continue to assist our clients with navigating the legal issues related to the pandemic. For assistance with these matters, please contact one of our attorneys.
