Spencer C. Malone Joins MCCM as Associate Attorney

McConville Considine Cooman & Morin P.C. is pleased to announce that Spencer C. Malone has joined the firm as an associate attorney.

Spencer is a member of the Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning and Administration department where he will advise clients on a wide range of estate planning and trust matters. Spencer worked at MCCM as a summer law clerk after completing his second year of law school, and rejoined the firm following law school graduation in 2023. After passing the July 2023 Bar examination, he was admitted as an attorney in January 2024.

Spencer earned a B.A. magna cum laude, from Gannon University in 2020, and his J.D. from the University of Dayton Law School in the Leadership Honors Program. Spencer is a native of Geneseo, NY, and a 2017 graduate of Geneseo High School.
