SUCCESS! MCCM’s October Seminar on Business Succession Planning was a Hit!

McConville Considine Cooman & Morin, P.C. held its  first in-person seminar since Covid hit in 2020 at Irondequoit Country Club.   Partners Mary F. Ognibene and Daniel S. Williford along with Lee S. Woodring, Merrill Lynch and Jui Trivedi, Next Point, LLC spoke to a group of business owners on the subject of succession planning.  Topics included the necessary preparation to sell a business or transition it to a family member, business valuation, typical purchase structures, investment of proceeds and estate planning.
