Amy Varel to be a Featured Speaker at an Upcoming Rochester Women's Network Seminar Entitled: "3T's: Time, Talent & Treasure"

Amy Varel will be a featured speaker at the Rochester Women's Network's three part series entitled "3T's: Time, Talent & Treasure". The 3T's program is presented to women who currently serve, or are considering serving, on a Not-For-Profit board. Amy's presentation will cover fiduciary responsibilities and governance of a New York Not-For-Profit. Amy Varel is a partner of the firm. Her practice is primarily focused on business matters. She advises for-profit and not-for-profit businesses in regard to matters that include general corporate counseling, employment matters, business purchases and sales, contract preparation, review and negotiation, and planning for and formation of corporations, limited liability companies and not-for-profit entities. Ms. Varel also advises health care professionals and provider groups in regard to health care compliance matters.
