McConville Considine Cooman & Morin, PC is pleased to announce that associate attorney Kristen M. Dombroski was named as an Up and Coming Attorney, Legal Excellence Award honoree by The Daily Record and the Rochester Business Journal. The Legal Excellence Awards honor legal professionals who strengthen the community through professional accomplishments and community service. Awards were presented in the following categories: Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Civil Legal Services, In House Counsel, Law Firm Administrator, Law Firm Diversity, Leaders in Law, Lifetime Achievement, Paralegal, Pro Bono Excellence and Up and Coming Lawyers.

“This year’s Legal Excellence Awards celebrate and pay tribute to legal professionals who help to make our community stronger. The 2023 honorees are professionally successful but also make time for community involvement, which significantly impacts the region,” said Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, managing director, BridgeTower Media/The Daily Record and Rochester Business Journal.  

“Kristen has proved to be indispensable to our litigation group” says Partner Kevin S. Cooman.  “We handle a broad range of litigation, from commercial and estate disputes to personal injury claims, and she has willingly immersed herself in any case for which we have asked assistance.”  Kristen successfully argued an appeal at the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division, Fourth Department within five years of being admitted to practice law. She has demonstrated devotedness, dependability, and willingness to immerse herself in a broad range of litigation. She is actively involved in community organizations, and serves as a board member of the Fairport-Perinton Chamber of Commerce and as a member of the Le Moyne College Young Alumni Committee, an ad hoc committee of the college’s Alumni Association Board.
