Mary F. Ognibene Promoted to Partner

The law firm of McConville Considine Cooman & Morin P.C. is pleased to announce that Mary F. Ognibene is promoted to a partner of the firm on January 1. Mary focuses on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law matters. 

Mary represents a wide variety of clients across a range of industries in both the for-profit and not-for-profit spheres. She has guided numerous clients through the process of new business formation as well as the purchase, sale or merger of existing companies. She is also well versed in the negotiation of a wide scope of general corporate agreements and in the maintenance of corporate governance responsibilities. 

Mary prides herself on caring for her clients and making herself available to meet their needs. She also considers the larger context surrounding each individual matter, which lends a greater thoroughness to her work.

Mary graduated from William Smith College with a B.A., cum laude, in English and a minor in Sociology. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2003.  Mary is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is the Immediate Past Chair of the Business Law Section of the Monroe County Bar Association. Mary lives with her husband, Bob, and her three step-children in Clarence, NY. She is a creator and supporter of all things music and art.
