Mary Ognibene will be a co-chair of the 2015 Mergers & Acquisitions Seminar sponsored by the Business Law Section of the Monroe County Bar Association.  The Seminar will be held on June 23, 2015 at Locust Hill Country Club and will feature presentations by local attorneys, accountants and other Rochester business community members on a wide range of topics related to mergers and acquisitions including tax, letters of intent, purchase price adjustments, ethics, distressed company acquisitions, real estate and environmental considerations, intellectual property, labor/employment, executive compensation and immigration.

Mary joined the firm in September 2014 and advises clients on a range of general business matters.  Her experiences includes preparation, review and negotiation of agreements spanning various industries including manufacturing, construction, pharmaceuticals and farming; planning for and formation of business entities; maintenance of corporate governance responsibilities; representing clients with respect to the purchase, sale and merger of businesses of ranging size, both domestic and international; and oversight of professional corporate license filings.
