MCCM attorney Peter J. Gregory recently joined the Board of Directors for the Small Business Council of Rochester, an affiliate of the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce.

Led by an entirely volunteer but dedicated group of Rochester’s small business leaders, the Small Business Council of Rochester is committed to providing Rochester’s business community with programs to help local business leaders, and their businesses, grow and prosper – both personally and professionally.

He previously served on the Small Business Council of Rochester CEO Roundtable Series, sponsored by the University of Rochester Simon Business School, providing an opportunity for business owners, CEOs and key executives to connect, collaborate and solve strategic business problems.

Peter focuses his practice on a broad spectrum of civil litigation matters. He represents individuals, businesses and other organizations in all phases of litigation before state and federal courts, from pre-suit investigation and arbitration, through discovery and trial. Peter regularly handles collections and complex commercial litigation, and collaborates with colleagues on advising businesses of all sizes. His personal injury experience includes advising clients who have been injured or lost loved ones in accidents caused by the carelessness or recklessness of others. He also counsels on real estate and construction matters including purchase and sale transactions, financing, leasing, and related disputes.
