Peter J. Gregory Presents at Annual Dog Control Educational Seminar

MCCM attorney Peter J. Gregory was one of the featured speakers at the 2024 Dog Control Educational Seminar hosted by the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets at the West Webster Fire Department. The multi-day conference for Animal Control Officers from across the state featured discussions on a wide range of topics from animal seizure to dangerous dog laws and even included a mock trial with a local judge.

As an experienced personal injury attorney who regularly handles dog bite claims, Peter presented on a topic titled “All About Dangerous Dog Paperwork” alongside an Animal Control Officer from the Greater Rochester area, where they reviewed a recent case highlighting best practices followed by a question-and-answer session from the audience.
