McConville Considine Cooman & Morin P.C. is pleased to announce that Richard (Dick) Horwitz has joined its team as Attorney of Counsel.

Dick Horwitz has been practicing law in Rochester for over 52 years. For 40 of those years, in addition to his general practice, he worked as the attorney for the Town of Penfield.  His land use experience dates back to his college days, where he was a research assistant for a professor.  Dick’s other areas of expertise include municipal law, zoning, and property management.
