Mr. Morin heads up the Firm’s Bankruptcy and Real Estate Practice areas.

We are a debt relief agency – we help people file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code.


Mr. Morin was recognized by the New York State Bar Association for his pro bono work and received the NYSBA 2012 Pro Bono Service Award for the Seventh Judicial District.  He has been named a New York Super Lawyer, honored among outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Mr. Morin served in the U.S. Army from 1970-72.  Morin is a member of the American Legion Brooks-Shepard Post 765 in Fairport, New York, and currently serves as the Post's Commander.
